Technical and Support services
Our experienced technical team provide 24/7 support and depending on the support plan purchased, the engineer will be on-site within 4 hours or by NBD.
Our Professional Services consist of 3 offerings:
- Proof of Concept which delivers a scoped model of the working solution deployed in either Neubits lab or at your site to demonstrate the solution before the full scale deployment.
- High-level design which describes all proposed major components of the solution and how they work together.
- Low-level design which are placed in a design document with all the details needed for the solution implementation etc configuration, policies and security parameters.
Preventive and corrective maintenance (PM)
Existing customers can request for a PM on their equipment with a existing valid maintenance with Neubits for up to 2 times in a calendar year. An engineer will perform a physical check on all the equipment hardware. Existing software configuration will be compared against best practices and recommendations will be highlighted to the customers.
